Request the deletion of

your data.

You can ask us to review a request to delete personal data processed through HumanGraph. Where we process information on behalf of a business customer, we will coordinate with that customer as appropriate.

How to submit a request

Please send an email to our privacy contact address. No website account or request form is required.

1 Your name and a reply email address.

2 The business or organisation your request concerns, if known.

3 The communication channel involved, such as Instagram, WhatsApp or Messenger, if relevant.

4 A brief description of the personal data or conversations your request concerns. Please do not send more information than necessary.

What happens next?

1. We receive your request

We register the request and identify the relevant processing activity.

2. We assess your request

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We also determine whether the request relates to data handled for a business customer.

3. We coordinate and take action

Where appropriate, we work with the responsible business to assess the request, applicable retention duties and the actions required.

4. We respond

We explain the outcome of your request within the applicable legal time limits. Under the GDPR, this is generally within one month, subject to permitted extensions.
